Guchokipan Story

I want to deliver delicious Japanese bread to everyone living in England !

I want to see their  smile! That's why I started a Japanese bakery in Brighton in March 2016.

It is a home bakery style that requires advance reservations to make the dough using a low-temperature long-time fermentation method that ferments in the refrigerator to deliver freshly baked bread.

Ingredients are simple.
So that children can eat with confidence.
I use quality natural ingredients such as strong flour, sugar, salt, yeast, water, eggs, butter and milk.
No chemicals or unnatural ingredients are added.

★Allergies are also accommodated so that even those with egg or milk allergies can eat delicious bread.

I bake bread every Friday, Monday, and the last Saturday of every month.

.

I bake the bread first thing in the morning, so you can pick it up at my house in the afternoon or I will deliver it to the pick-up point in Brighton.

Please contact us through this website for more details.
I will let you know the date and location that are convenient for you.
